Shelley & Felix: Hvar destination wedding at Zori Restaurant

Published: 08.08.2016.

I love being among people who like to party. Especially if they’re a good gang of longtime friends who work just perfectly together. And that’s exactly what we had on this amazing May wedding in sunny island of Hvar. Shelley and Felix are two loveable people. They function even better as a couple. So it was a really good choice for them to go with Hvar as their wedding destination and place for some great fun during long sunny days. The whole day with them and their guests was nothing short of perfect.

We knew the whole party would be awesome just after seeing how close Shelley was with her family, especially her two sisters. Three beauties were doing their own make up and their mom was doing their hair, so everybody was helping everybody the whole time. Is there anything more intimate and beautiful for one bride than that?

The guests gathered in a beautiful yard of Sveti Marak monastery in Hvar, where the ceremony was held. That was the second event during which we realised these guys are great people - such an honest and spontaneous ceremony with lots of smiles and tears, without any sustaining…

If there still was anyone sustaining in any moment earlier in the day, they were definitely and completely relaxed once when the dance floor was opened after the most delicious dinner at stunning Zori Restaurant (on Sveti Klement Island just in front of Hvar).
And that was when these guys showed how good friends and team they were. It was the wildest and the craziest dance floor we’d seen in a long time. They just couldn’t stop presenting the craziest dance moves and the best vibe, knowing all the lyrics, laughing and enjoying. So, naturally, we also enjoyed a lot being around them the whole night!

I’m sure the whole Hvar holiday will stay as an amazing memory to both Shelley and Felix. Their wedding story, in photos, will hopefully help them relive that awesome time… Guys, don’t ever stop having a good fun, especially together. I’m sure you’ll have so many more great times in the years to come!
